Would you like to come play with me in the beautiful Hill Country of Texas?
I am so very happy (and a little "butterflies in my stomach" nervous) to announce some exciting news... I am having a retreat this fall with Lori Smithers from the amazing store Timeless Menagerie in Fredericksburg, Texas, at her country property outside just outside of Fredericksburg. I wrote about my visit there on my blog back in May (you can read about it here and here), and I fell in love! It is so peaceful and serene - I can't wait to share it with all the gals that sign up for the retreat!
From the minute you drive onto the property to the moment you step into the transplanted Missouri barn, you know you are somewhere very special!
Our classes, meals, and just hanging out will take place in this incredible barn - the details of the furnishings are just amazing and so comfy. Our "classroom" is perfectly furnished...
I have dreamed of having a retreat someday where we could come together and create and reflect and maybe learn a little about ourselves over a few days rather than the usual classes that I teach where we're together for a few hours but don't get to really visit and just relax. You can read all about the retreat - the topic that we'll be talking about and creating about, the activities that we'll be doing (SHOPPING, of course!), and all the registration details - on the retreat blog that you can find by clicking HERE or on the links on the side.
We are offering two different weekends that will be just about identical - October 9-13, 2013, or October 16-20, 2013. Each weekend is limited to twelve people. Please feel free to email me if you have any questions!
I'd love to have you come and play!
Don't worry - the goats are sweet - not scary!!
This looks like fun. Hope you have a great turnout.
