Summer is just around the corner and sunshine is on its way! The new Prima chipboard album will be the foundation of our book with a different "mini album" on every page so you can include lots and lots of photos - more than you would expect to in a chipboard album. We'll use the sixteen sheets of Crate Paper, My Mind's Eye, and Simple Stories papers and embellishments to build our books with die cuts, stickers, a full pack of four coordinating washi tapes, ribbons, and Tim Holtz Ideology trinkets. You'll be able to use the embellishments to make the album suitable for many occasions and themes, whether your summer activities, a beach vacation, or any fun photos of sunny days.
All kits come with directions with color photos.
Student supply list:
Each person needs their own 12" paper trimmer, a glue stick, and tape adhesive. Please also bring these helpful tools... scissors, scallop scissors, if you have them, pencil, ruler, stapler, scoring tool, Crop a Dile punch or 1/4” hole punch (I use the 1/4” We R MemoryKeepers Power Punch), corner rounder punch, and foam tape adhesive. If you like a more distressed look, bring a sanding tool, non-stick craft sheet, ink to distress with (I use a Ranger Distress Ink pad in the Vintage Photo color that I always leave the top off of, so it is very “dry”), and ink blending tool. Please bring an old magazine to use as a mat when using your glue stick (not to cut up for the class.)
This class will be taught at Scrap Shack Texas near Houston, and at my classes in San Diego and in Cupertino, California.
