They just get more and more beautiful! Wish I could freeze them at this moment - I guess a picture to remember will have to do!
Guess what??? I'm overwhelmed with all I need to do before I leave for France tomorrow morning! As soon as I get on that plane - first to Philadelphia with a long layover and then a flight to Frankfort (love being in Germany for two hours!) and then backtracking to France to Lyon - I will be able to be excited about it - I can't wait to relax and enjoy the experience. I'm traveling for 12 days by myself... I get butterflies of excitement and a little bit of nervousness when I think about it. I can't wait to return to Lyon and Paris and London. I don't have any "grand" plans... I'll see what I feel like doing when the time comes! Shopping, sipping coffee at a cafe, snacking on macarons, maybe even venturing into a museum... we'll see, and you know I'll share it all with you!
I'm taking two little notebooks that will slip into my purse to record my thoughts and adventures - maybe they will become tiny scrapbooks!
Time for more stamps in my passport! Say a little prayer for me!

Beautiful roses. Cute little books. Praying God will give you a wonderful, safe and special time. I know you will have lots of interesting things to share with us when all is said and done. Have a great time.

Debby, I always feel that way before I travel. It is such a relief to collapse into the seat on the plane and just shut your eyes for a moment, then pull out a book or watch a movie!! Let the trip begin!!
