Today was another fun day of visiting and connecting and checking out new product for classes. This photo is of a dear friend Joanne Sharpe who is an artist and doodler extraordinaire. It was so nice to catch up with her and conspire about getting together in Florida one of these days. Jenn Mason is the editor of Cloth Paper Scissors and I've known her for years - as a matter of fact, I took her place as a designer at Anna Griffin about 10 years ago! Hopefully I'll get the chance to teach with them in the future at one of their Create events.
It was great to see Marah Johnson and all the new products at Splash of Color (formerly Creative Imaginations.) I'm going to play with their paints and things and see what I can come up with!
I didn't get too far before I ran into Laurie from Scrapbook Island! We got to sit and talk for a while and make plans for my next visit to the Island later this spring.
I saw two friends at the Prima booth - Jodie Patterson who designed two beautiful lines for Prima and Sharon Laakomen, who I'm going to be teaching in Paris with at Version Scrap.
I thought these new stamps from Prima were really sweet.
At Jenni Bowlin's booth I liked the new punches and stamps and journaling cards...
At the Pink Paislee/Heidi Swapp booth, I found lots to like - the new Luxe products, Christy Thomlinson's printed coffee filters and rub ons, and Heidi's new files and Color Pop papers...
There was lots to love at the Melissa Frances booth - how cute are these little clip boards and vellum bags?
My day ended with a delicious dinner at Morton's with Anita and a fun group of girls!
What products are you liking the best??
More good stuff. I really like the little girl stamps from Prima, the clipboards and vellum bags from Melissa Frances, and the printed coffee filters of Christy Thomlinson.
