The heatwave and sunshine in London have created a crisis for the Royal gardeners because the tulips have bloomed three weeks ahead of time and are in all their glory for us but probably won't be on April 29 for the wedding. The scene at Buckingham Palace is just breathtaking!
All over the city the flowers are just gorgeous!!! In Green Park, at Kensington Palace, the window boxes, and in flower pots and even in our hotel... what a treat!
I'm in Philadelphia, on my way home. My watch is still on London time... it's 12:40am, but the real time is 7:40pm... my flight was cancelled so I'm waiting for the flight I was rebooked on. It's going to be a VERY quick 24 hours at home to unpack and repack for my flight Friday to Florida. I'm looking forward to seeing everyone at Whim So Doodle this weekend! Lots more trip pictures to come!!

what glorious flowers! oh my! Hope you have a good 'visit' home...and that it goes slllooow!!! xo

Oh my gosh! What beautiful flower pictures. It felt like this when I went to the Biltmore in Spring. Thanks for the lovely photos.
