I was inspired in Pam Garrison's class to take the little album and make it my Silver Bella scrapbook. I took all the pieces of this and that we had been given along the way, the business cards and moo cards that we exchanged, and assembled it all in the Maya Road album from class. The thing that really makes it is the paper dolls that Mary Smilove gave us from Sweetpeas and Snapshots in our goodie bags. Someone in class gave me the crown (thank you!) and I just went to town punching holes in all the pieces and assembled it together. When I got home I resized and arranged my photos...four 3x2" photos on a 4x6" base...and printed them out on my Epson Picturemate printer. They are the perfect size for this little album. It captures for me the wonderful people and time I had there.
I'm including a few pictures here, but you can see all the pages in a Flickr group here.
I wish I had remembered to tell Mary E that my first job in the business was on the Mary Engelbreit design team for Creative Imaginations. I loved it!

Sweet Debby...I put your whole informative post on my blog...I hope you don't mind! It turned out beautiful...just like you! I will always keep it in my blog sidebar, if that's okay...
Lot's of Love, Mary

Hi Debby. This is so cute and so Debby! Love it. You always give me such great ideas. Since taking your first class a year ago, I now pick up bits and pieces of things along the way to use in my scrapbooks. I remember what you said in our last class about not having tons of albums just sitting there. Make one to use it. I'm going to use your Christmas album we made at Queen's Ink for my Christmas trip to Disneyworld on 12/15. It's perfect..it's done...and all I need to add is a little love and Mickey.

I heard your table mates talking about what you did in that class, I'm glad I got to see it! Wow, what a good idea. I wish I'd gotten more business cards from everyone, what a cute way to display them. Everyone had such pretty cards, like mini works of art that deseved to be shown off.

Wow, if thats not the cutest little book i've ever seen! Your are so creative. What a great way to keep your memories of a great time close at hand and doesn't take up so much room either. Your right, albums of great memories don't need to always come in 12 x 12 books, they can be round, oblong, square, all sorts of shapes. As long as they tell a story and hold the memories of the event close to our hearts, they are wonderful. I am so glad that you had a great time with all those creative women at Silver Bella. Sharing ideas and learning new ones is what its all about right? Have a great week.

Debby, I am in love with you book. I wish I had taken that class with you. You have definitely inspired me to create my own little book. Not sure when I'll have the time to do, but it's a great way to keep everything together. I have a feeling, it's a book I'd glance over and over again. If I didn't say it before, I really enjoyed having lunch with you and Suzanne at Upstreams. xoxo, Joanna

Debby...Absolutely love how you put your own little twist on the Santa Secret Diary class. How creative. And how practical! I was just talking with Hope E. about how to organize all the Moo/business cards from Silver Bella....

I love it! I just love how everyone at SB put their own twist on all the projects. That is the greatest idea and it makes me want to turn my ATC book into that. :) Keep inspiring all of us with your artwork.

Hey Debby, it was fabulous to be sitting on the right hand of greatness as you created your wonderful Silver Bella keepsake! Hopefully some of that has rubbed off from you and Suzanne, who was sitting to my right. I look forward to seeing you in the future and sitting on your right again...

love this idea! what a darling book it turned out to be, you Bellas got the best stuff in those goody bags. I think I might have one from an auction in my paper stash somewhere, she needs to become the center of attention again, don't you think? Thanks so much for sharing!
